*While I understand time is of the essence for missing animals, my schedule rarely allows for immediate work. Please request an appointment via my website and I will do what I can to help as soon as possible.*
When requesting an appointment you will be asked to provide:
- their name and approximate age
- how long they have lived with the person
- address of home and/or address of where they went missing from including zip code
- how long they have been gone
- a couple recent photos
Alternatively you may email this information to me at rpoulterAC@gmail.com.
There can be many layers to missing animal work, for a variety of reasons. There are no guarantees, and I will do my best with what is available and allowed at the time.
Please take a moment and read some of Penelope Smith’s blog on the matter by clicking here. Part 1 begins towards the bottom of that page.
Before we get on the phone for our appointment, I spend some time checking in and dowsing with maps, seeing what preliminary information may be gathered. If we end up not using the full 1 hour or 1.5 hour length of the Lost Animal Appointment that was booked for our consultation, then the rate will be adjusted.
We have everyone’s best interests at heart during this worrisome time. Some things that may be helpful in the meantime:
- Rescue Remedy or Five Flower Formula
- Grounding ourselves
- Visualizing a large light/beam/beacon/etc coming from home waayyy up into the sky that can be seen from miles around, calling them home, showing them where to go
- Visualizing/feeling your hearts connected by whatever feels good (light, hearts, ribbon, flowers, food, etc)
- Sending them encouragement and love, rather than worry and fear
- Lighting a candle in the window
- Placing some of your worn clothing outside
- Enivisioning and feeling, behaving-as-if they are safe at home with you
Tip and Lighthouse Technique from Cindy Smith:
" Your animal is probably tuning into you, trying to send you messages and looking for reassurance. Try to stay clear and imagine sending encouragement to your animal. Let them know that you are looking for them. If you feel they are lost near your home, imagine you are like a lighthouse sending love and a magnetic pull back home in a 360 degree circle around your home. (I've had clients guide their animals home in spite of very difficult circumstances , using this techinque.) " ~ Cindy Smith
